I must extend my thanks to your Team – this has been an extremely complex scheme, with intervention from various 3rd parties made all the more difficult due to the nature and condition of the site.

The project has turned out better than any of our expectations and this is thanks to the hard work of the team. There are too many for to me offer my thanks to personally, but I hope you will pass on my deep thanks to all site and office based staff involved in the scheme – let’s hope it continues to be a roaring success. 

This is the second time we have worked with Concorde. The first was a design and build and this one was very much a build but on both occasions, we have enjoyed working with the teams, they have been very much integrated into our team so we work hand-in-hand and that’s been a very positive experience for us. So much so that we are now looking at the next two projects with the Concorde team, so I guess that’s a testament to the success of that relationship.

Borough Yards has been a huge project which has been a huge undertaken to get three separate restaurants all within the same space, both in terms of the design and the implementation. Its hard to overestimate how much of a challenge that’s been but I think its been really successful and hopefully people will see when they come to enjoy it.

Your help in getting us delivering at the ‘customer facing’ end is so vitally important and over the years I have had the privilege to work with you all in doing so. The personal relationship we have, that is exclusive to us in the West Country, will continue to provide further opportunity for us all over the years to come.

From Fullers, Palmers and now the Liberation Group it is have been an absolute pleasure to work with you all. I cannot thank you all enough for the long hours, sacrifice and dedication you put into our projects – oh and simply dealing with me!  

This award is as much yours as ours – so congratulation team BGW and a massive thank you!

Since Covid restrictions have eased the pub has gone from strength to strength and we envisage many years of growth out of the business. The pub has been designed in a way which means it will never be dated and will always be known as an iconic London pub.  We have received a lot of great feedback both internally from our family owners and external from our guests. 

I have been thoroughly impressed by Guy, Emma, Stella and the team at Concorde BGW and would highly recommend them. To that end we have commandeered their services for two-multimillion-pound projects in 2022 /2023!

Having acquired the historic George Hotel, in Hathersage, a whole new identity was required.  The aim was to restore this dated building into a contemporary coaching inn, that would be a popular and vibrant Peak District venue.  After using Concorde BGW before, it was the obvious choice to use them again and they delivered.

From initial concept meetings, to design, build and finish, I could not have been happier.  Natasha managed to take the concept and deliver all everything that I envisaged and more.  The build was effortless and service throughout was exemplary.  Communication was spot on and any last-minute requests were taken on with no quibbles.

Since reopening this venue, trade has increased to a level not imagined and the feedback from guests regarding the look and the feel of the bar and restaurant has been overwhelming.

I would definitely be looking to use Concorde BGW again in the future and couldn’t recommend them enough.  A huge thanks to all involved.

TRUST - believe in the reliability, truth, or ability of something or someone

When planning our cocktail bar, Richard Wilson, MD of Concorde BWG said ‘‘trust me and my team to deliver what you want, on time and within budget’’. This was not an easy statement to believe but I am delighted to say it was true.

We now have the most beautiful space that was delivered just as promised; not quite on time, but then we did have a little ‘down tools lockdown’ in the middle of the project. This did not deter the team and our vision became real just as we had imagined.

Concorde BGW came highly recommended and they did not disappoint. They took the time and effort to understand my vision for Stanley's and came up with amazing and imaginative ideas for the restaurant. Nothing was left to chance and I was so impressed by their attention to detail. The building work was conducted quickly, efficiently and to a very high standard- the result-  a beautiful restaurant which our customers love. I am so grateful to have worked with such a great team, making the whole process a joy and I hope to use them again in the future.

Concorde BGW were amazing with us.  Brady Goacher and his team were professional and cooperative. Every stage of the process was managed well and efficiently, from a reasonable quote to the finished product. My children are now able to access the outdoor area in all weather and all year round too. This will promote their education and enable them to experience a broader curriculum. Concorde BGW made sure that the shelter met our needs and made improving suggestions along the way. They coped with challenging situations and went above and beyond for us. The teachers and I now have a space that we can grow and develop alongside the children. I am thrilled with the high-quality shelter that we have been left with. I have really enjoyed working with Concorde, they delivered the project on time and made the process an enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend Concorde and hope to use them again on other projects my school might have in the future.

We have worked with ConcordeBGW on six projects so far and everyone has been a success. The “Farm shop” concept at the Green Dragon was a thorough & clever design by Emma Scarff, using old corrugated iron sheets & scaffolding boards to create a rustic but modern feel. Danny & his team worked to their schedule; nothing was too much bother when we asked them to do anything. A pleasure to work with & I look forward to the next project.

I have worked with Concorde for a number of years and have found them professional in all aspects along with being very competitive. All works have been completed within the timescale agreed and I also have found all employees very helpful and eager to assist where they can.

They are a key supplier for us and a really key part of getting that final look and feel of the site right. If I am after something unusual they normally come up with something and often a rather unique and unexpected something!

I also want to take the opportunity to say the most enormous thank you to all the team for such an incredible job at William’s. I think you’re all aware how thrilled we are with the result. Customers seem to be pouring in and are constantly praising your superb design scheme and staggering attention to detail.

Concorde BGW is an exceptional company, certainly one of the very best in their field. Over many years and many projects, Concorde has consistently delivered on time and on budget. The speed and build quality of their refurbishments is truly impressive and is a reflection of both their extraordinary determination and professionalism, and the quality of their team and partner contractors. They consistently go above and beyond conventional standards in order to deliver superb results. These are people who care; I hold them in very high regard.

Broad Street Townhouse is a passion project of ours and one we’ve long had in mind – since taking over the Pig & Fiddle pub next door back in 2015. It was a shame to see such a beautiful building, filled with original features, sat empty in disrepair - but so rewarding to get stuck into the renovation and bring it all back to life. We’re very much looking forward to welcoming our first overnight guests and inviting in the local people of Bath to experience our new café and bar 

Having previously worked with Concorde on the Exmouth Arms it has been great to renew our working relationship with them. They have delivered a really great product at the Rose & Crown which is trading exceptionally well along with some smaller schemes throughout our estate which have all been well received.

Concorde have delivered for us. In truth, we were in a very tight spot and they delivered something way beyond our expectations – it’s stunning! We are planning further projects. I can’t recommend them enough as a business to work with.

The Half Moon has set a new standard, not just in Fuller's - but for the wider industry, in how to sympathetically refurbish a historic pub. The Half Moon has a history and heritage that deserves to be recognised and respected - and I truly believe we have succeeded in doing that.

The Concorde build team delivered exactly what the promised and more. Their build team from top to bottom were great and Guy Bostock was always on call yet gave space for his team execute a great job. The project was finished bang on time, they were extremely professional yet friendly and collaborate. Highly recommended.

Paul Batty was also excellent and I loved the tradesmen's honesty and warmth (albeit I only saw them on completion day). 

The Methuen Arms was a fascinating project because the space was steeped in history and had so much potential, but it needed to be unlocked. The more we looked the more gems we found, like the hidden parquet timber flooring. It was also important from the start that we created a destination that could act as a home away from home for both guests and locals – the pub is the cornerstone of any village, after all. The final result is absolutely stunning and altogether more welcoming for everyone

Concorde BGW have shown invaluable commercial understanding, making sure we get the most out of the space we’ve got and getting more bums on seats which means money in the till.

Concorde have respectfully taken the pub back to its original Victorian glory through the design.

I’m delighted with The Signal Box – the team has done an excellent job at creating a modern but comfortable space.

For us, the building is more than just bricks and mortar. It’s a manifestation of our ethos, of our achievements so far, of our culture and of our aspirations. What we believe is simple: if our staff are happy, our clients are happy.

I would like to thank Concorde for the fabulous work they have done at The Bay Horse Hatfield. The lads who worked on the project led by Daz were brill, they could not do enough for us, anything I asked for they did their utmost to provide. They worked efficiently and everything was on time which surprised us all. I really can’t complement them enough.

I would just like to thank you all so much for the help and hard work everyone has put into the last extension and refurbishment works at the Plough.

All the guys from Concorde have been absolutely first class.  They managed to carry out some fairly impressive structural works and kept us open at all times keeping the building both safe and presentable.

We have been really pleased with the finishes and most all the customers seem to love the improvements and it has given us the extra covers that we so really needed.

Both Leo and Rob have been really helpful in making the whole project work on a practical and cost basis.

Our brief to Concorde was that we wanted to use the space more efficiently... they did a fantastic job working around the clock to get the building done on time and on budget

We needed to open the site for Christmas and all told this gave the team at Concorde Build & Developments, 10 weeks to tear this huge wreck of a place apart and put it back together. As with our previous developments with the guys at Concorde they achieved everything on time, to an exemplary standard with the trademark – nothing is too much of a problem – attitude

We are delighted with the new outside area at Pitcher & Piano Nottingham. The external bar and terrace is a welcome addition to our iconic venue, offering an alternative drinking and dining experience for our customers. The glass paneled bar exterior creates a light and dynamic space and the all-weather terrace is a perfect place to relax in the afternoon sun. With covered seating areas and an abundance of outdoor heaters our customers can enjoy great views of Nottingham all year round.

As with all our other jobs with Concorde BGW they worked harder than most people would believe and delivered this site in 3 weeks as promised. As I have said before we use Concorde BGW for all our projects and yet again they have delivered fantastic value for money and a tremendous site

'The Up In Arms' is the third project we worked on with Concorde and by far the most rewarding. Working closely with the design team, Concorde were able to deliver in an extraordinary short time period, a pub that was both completely Dodo and completely unique to its sister pubs just two miles away.

The Park Inn in Hartlepool has this afternoon reopened its doors after an amazing refurbishment! I would like to say a big thank you to the projects team, designer and contractors for the fabulous looking site!

Prior to lockdown, The Queens Arms in East Garston was a busy pub/restaurant but it was only when the doors were closed did we realise how much work was required on the building. When we bought the place five years ago, we decided not to close and as such in was in much need of attention. Guy Bostock and Concorde were recommended to me and from our first meeting to handover just a few months later, we had nothing but exceptional service from an exceptional team.

Concorde used all their experience to revitalise The Queens with an endless number of good ideas and design changes. They also had the team to bring their ideas to life. The Queens is now truly stunning with so many different features in the bar, restaurant, and garden. They also completely revamped what was a dreary smoking area into a very popular restaurant extension.  The Queens is now a very different place and the changes have been much appreciated by our customers.
