William’s is a multi-award-winning delicatessen and seafood restaurant in the heart of Gloucestershire. Concorde BGW delivered a refresh of the premises, including a new food product counter to better display their outstanding range of fresh fish and seafood.
Also part of the fit-out was a new coffee counter, along with an upgrade to the back bar, with a metal gantry and new tiles with a bespoke design to feature the William's Fishmongers logo.

We are delighted to announce that we have won in the Restaurant and Bar design < £250 category for our work on William's Food Hall.
The judges were looking to find the best social space in the North. Open to completed bars and restaurants of all sizes, they were looking for designs that are a cut above the rest, so we are delighted to have been crowned the winner.

We are extremely proud to have had our project Wiliams Food Hall shortlisted for the SBID International Design Awards in the Retail Design category for both its brilliant design and aesthetic creativity.
I also want to take the opportunity to say the most enormous thank you to all the team for such an incredible job at William’s. I think you’re all aware how thrilled we are with the result. Customers seem to be pouring in and are constantly praising your superb design scheme and staggering attention to detail.
