Steamin' Billy's latest addition to the Oadby-based development, Stoughton Grange, is a marvellous Farm Shop and Distillery.
Built in a former milking parlour, it retains a rustic feel, in keeping with its surroundings. Many of the materials used for the build are reclaimed, such as the wood panels on the walls, and the corrugated metal sheets.
Entering through glazed doors which look out across the farm, customers will find a wide selection of fruit, vegetables and salad. Theres also a bakery counter, deli counter and butchers.
The new distillery makes small batch, hand-crafted gins that are also available for customers to enjoy in The Cow and Plough, a neighbouring pub owned by Steamin’ Billy’s.
Plans are well underway for further developments at Stoughton Grange and include a woodland wedding venue, a glamping area, and farm animals are gradually being re-introduced to the site, which was once home to a farm park.

Stoughton Grange Rural Centre has been shortlisted for a Northern Design Award in the Interior Design Project of the Year £500k - £1m category.
This award is open to both interior design practices and individuals, the judging panel was seeking one outstanding commercial design project that embodies Northern style, innovation and design.
