The shortlists are a really valuable validation of our efforts as a business. When part of the application process saw us answering questions like “how we have improved our business through staff training and development”, “how our leaders and managers take responsibility for their own development which contributes to the development of the organisation” and “how we ensure high service standards”, it really highlighted to us how much we have progressed and improved over the past 10 years.
We have developed and expanded to help better serve our clients, adapting our skills and business as quickly as we can to the ever changing market and more recently, changing restrictions.
