The Puffin and Oyster offers alfresco drinking and dining, a heated covered terrace as well as a variety of eating spaces inside, including multiple tables with sweeping views across the bay.
The pub was previously known as Le Houmet and has since been transformed from the outside in with an impressive fit-out project for Liberation Group. Its exterior has been updated with cedar cladding and the high-end interior has many incredible features, from the 10 cosy seats circling the quartz table around the Omtimyst fireplace, to the floor-to-ceiling windows in the front dining area which offer guests breath-taking views of the North Sea and the beach lining the shore.
The open kitchen pass adds atmosphere to the dining room where guests can see chefs firing up the pizza oven or skilfully creating speciality seafood dishes. The transformation is complete with the new open plan bar next to vast glass doors opening out onto the decked alfresco area.
