We have made it onto the Project of the Year, Bar & Leisure Interiors Project for our work on The Last Crumb in Reading.
The Last Crumb was stripped back to its bare bones which revealed an edgy, rustic structure that is now complete with a new kitchen, pizza oven and new bar position. A food pass from the kitchen adds to the theatrical nature of the pub.
Perhaps the most important features are the use of raw wood and stone. The pubs distinctive interior tells a captivating story. Guests are greeted by a distressed wood doorway where you can see the old repairs back from when it was originally constructed.
Working closely with the design team, Concorde were able to deliver in an extraordinarily short time period, a pub that was both completely Dodo and completely unique to its sister pubs.
