The family-owned pub and hotel features a new bar and back bar with perfectly placed directional and pendant lighting. We increased covers through the installation of fixed seating in the dining room, main bar, and garden room. The garden room had its metal-framed structure clad with reclaimed timber and new white reclaimed windows, new furniture, fixed seating, and accessories which all add to its shabby chic, country cottage style.
Prior to lockdown, The Queens Arms in East Garston was a busy pub/restaurant but it was only when the doors were closed did we realise how much work was required on the building. When we bought the place five years ago, we decided not to close and as such in was in much need of attention. Guy Bostock and Concorde were recommended to me and from our first meeting to handover just a few months later, we had nothing but exceptional service from an exceptional team.
Concorde used all their experience to revitalise The Queens with an endless number of good ideas and design changes. They also had the team to bring their ideas to life. The Queens is now truly stunning with so many different features in the bar, restaurant, and garden. They also completely revamped what was a dreary smoking area into a very popular restaurant extension. The Queens is now a very different place and the changes have been much appreciated by our customers.
