One of Stratford-upon-Avon’s most iconic riverside pubs, Cox’s Yard, has undergone an exciting refurbishment. The project aimed to elevate the pub experience for both locals and visitors, while preserving the warm, welcoming character the venue is known for.
Inside, guests will discover a completely refreshed layout, new furnishings, and more space. Among the updates are two interactive darts lanes and a shuffleboard table, making it a hub for competitive socialising in the area. The private hire event space has also been revamped, with the addition of new booths and a dedicated sports viewing area.
The former café space has been reimagined to complement the venue’s lively new atmosphere, offering more room for guests to relax, recharge, and enjoy the riverside setting. Outside, a newly enclosed area now provides riverside seating all year round, whatever the weather.
The café has been rebranded and now features a deli-style counter, perfect for those who prefer to ‘grab and go’ rather than enjoy the full pub experience.
