The concept was strongly driven by the client’s quest to provide a unique environment focusing on fresh, bright, and vibrant qualities that recreate the Barcelona market vibe. The aim was to strip out the dilapidated late-night venue to create a contemporary market café with ground floor dining, light airy dining space on the first floor, and a cellar bar reminiscent of Barcelona’s bodegas.
