Broad Street Townhouse – https://www.concordebgw.com/projects/broadstreet-town-house-bath
This award is open to all original hotel creations across the North - large or small. The judges are looking for striking use of design, space and budget within our growing hospitality industry
Broad Street Townhouse is a new boutique city-centre bolthole offering eleven impeccably designed bedrooms, café by day and a speakeasy bar, The Blind Pig, by night.
We created a scheme incorporating a reception, coffee lounge and 11 boutique bedrooms reflecting the heritage of Bath and incorporating aspiring home comforts. Located in a popular area of Bath town centre with many tourist attractions, the additional boutique bedrooms were very much welcomed by the local planning authority as well as the listed building authority who rejoiced at the renovation of a previously unoccupied listed building.
- Hotel Interior Design for work on The Bedford
This award is open to all original hotel creations - large or small. The judges are looking for striking use of design, space and budget within our growing hospitality industry.
Once planning permission was obtained, 15 individually designed en-suite bedrooms were built on the second and third floors of The Bedford. The bedrooms add another layer of luxury. Expect Hypnos beds, Egyptian cotton linen, roll top baths, rain showers and bespoke artwork for a truly memorable stay.
Access to the hotel is gained from Fernal Road via the newly built passenger lift which takes visitors straight to the third-floor lobby for check-in.

Step inside the Sheffield Lost & Found to discover Professor Victoria B Darcy’s world of wonder, a lady with a passion for horticulture which became intertwined with her new-found passion for conservation.
As an ode to the Professor and the Botanical Gardens, a short distance away from the new L&F site on Ecclesall road, the venue was filled wild flowers, plenty of lush greenery, climbing cherry blossom trees and hanging plants.

The Bedford has five beautiful bars offering the finest artisan spirits, craft beers, cocktails, wine and champagnes. At the request of the Listed Building Officer, the horseshoe shaped bar on the ground floor retained its original tiled bar apron and the Saloon Bar has kept its original back bar fitting which has been refurbished to the highest standards.
The Ballroom and the Cocktail Bar on the on the first floor provide the ultimate place to party. The cocktail bar was newly built and is themed around a classic 1920’s gin bar with a bookable, private dining room to one side.
