The spacious, brightly lit Lyreco showroom features painted colour blocking details on the walls that pull their recognisable brand colours throughout the space. We created two informal break-out meeting areas, as well as a more formal conference room with a media wall and large central table. These meeting areas also serve to showcase new furniture products available from Lyreco. There is also new industrial-inspired display units with concrete effect finishes and metal key clamp detailing to display Lyreco's products at varying heights.
The Saint & Sinner is a new bespoke, and vibrant pub for St Albans. Residing in the grade II listed building that was once home to John Osborn – three times mayor of St Albans, it is now reimagined as the ultimate destination venue, with character in abundance, perfect at any time of day or evening. The name and branding influence the finishes inside, with a dark and moody bar area being where the sinners hang out – showcasing red neon lighting and feature light fittings to help create a wicked mood. In the lighter cocktail bar area more angelic pieces have been chosen along with specialist artwork depicting the Virgin Mary, which all pull through the lighter and airier - saintly vibes.
This is yet another proud moment for Concorde, and as always, these shortlists are a huge honour for our whole team!
