The extensive renovations to the 22,000 sq. ft. pub, grass-roots music venue and London’s longest running comedy club were carried out across its five bars, restaurant, four private rooms, ballroom and 250-capacity live music club. We also built 15 new, boutique ensuite bedrooms with their own private access via a newly installed passenger lift.
We attened the awards ceremony on the 20th June which took place at Old Billingsgate in London. The Concorde Team and our invited guests were seated and sereved an abundance of champagane followed by a 3 course meal. Needless to say we were already enjoying a beautiful evening when the judges annouced our project, The Bedford in Balham had won the award for Bar & Leisure Interior Project of the Year!
The team along with Tom from Three Cheers and Oscar from EI Group headed to the stage where they were presented with their trophy. After a few moments posing for photos, the team continued their celbrations well into the night.
