Concorde BGW are proud to be supporting the Yorkshire Air Ambulance who is an independent charity providing a lifesaving rapid response emergency service to 5 million people across the whole of Yorkshire.
We are raising funds in lots of different ways, with our first event seeing us wear yellow – we have asked everyone in our office and on site to wear something yellow and make a donation.
We have more activities planned for the rest of the year which will see us taking on a 6km course with 15 treacherous obstacles.
From closing early on the last working day before Christmas (23rd December) to paid time off on those days in between the big day and New Year – we always get extra special treats from the big guy *Mr Wilson* in December. We must have been very nice this year too because you won’t believe what we got…..
We are delighted to be shortlisted for the category "England and Wales Building Contractor of the Year" – at National Federation of Builders (NFB) Construction Awards of Excellence 2023.
We took part in the very first Doncaster Chamber Corporate Cup, which saw lots of incredible businesses across Doncaster compete for a trophy and enjoy an afternoon of networking.
We will unveil one of the first new lifesaving defibrillators on the 25th July 2022 which will be installed in an accessible area in Hyde Park in the city of Doncaster.
August will see our teams track their distances through running / walking / swimming or cycling to achieve one common goal of 1000 miles. No distance too far no distance too small – all will count towards our grand total mile count. Our aim is to raise funds towards the Doncaster & Bassetlaw NHS Foundation Trust Chairty whilst also improving our own health too.
