A fantastic opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Design Technician to join an exciting and progressive business. We are an established and growing design, build and reactive maintenance company specialising in the hospitality and leisure sectors and we need someone to work as part of our award-winning Design department at our head office in Doncaster.
As a Senior Design Technician, you will be proactive, self -motivated and prioritise your workload effectively. This role requires a broad understanding of construction detailing, CAD systems and Statutory Compliances including Building Control, Planning & Listed Building. You will assist the design team with the delivery of technical drawing packs and information as required on a project-by-project basis. From time to time, you will be required to work additional hours to those stated on your contract in order to deliver project work to programme and as we work nationally, and occasionally internationally, some travel and overnight stays will also be required.

This a permanent contract working 37.5 hours and our core hours are 8.30am – 5pm, Monday – Friday. The salary for this position is starting from £38,000 per annum depending on experience and this position comes with a company laptop and mobile. We offer a company pension and holiday buy back scheme and we work closely to support our teams with training, growth and development opportunities.
This can be a hybrid role with some working from home as workloads and diaries allow but as this position does require regular site and office visits, we will not be able to consider any applications for 100% remote working or from anyone who does not live within the UK.
