Office Administrator

Nottingham, United Kingdom £12.21 PH

 

Intend Electrical are looking for an Office Administrator to join their busy and growing team in their recently refurbished Nottingham office.  The role will involve providing administrative support to the team working on small commercial projects as well as domestic works, installations and reactive maintenance. We are looking for a confident, organised and proactive communicator to liaise between clients and our engineers.   

 

 

The ideal candidate will be a strong administrator who can manage their own workloads effectively, has excellent attention to detail and is used to working in a fast paced and reactive environment. 

 

 

The day-to-day tasks will include but are not limited to:

 

 

  • Assist in managing daily office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain organised filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Support financial processes by using Sage for bookkeeping tasks.
  • General office duties as and when required

 

Skills and Experience:

 

 

  • Confident user of Microsoft Office applications and Sage (essential)
  • Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail in all aspects of work, especially in data entry and documentation.
  • A minimum of 2 years background in FM or building trades environments

 

Desirable be not essential:

 

 

  • Basic accountancy or sage based qualifications
  • Experience in using Job Logic system

This is a full-time position with a salary of £12.21 per hour. This is a permanent role within a growing and developing business so there will be lots of opportunities for progression and to develop your skills.
